Steven proudly served five years in the United States Army as an Infantryman, where he developed a strong foundation in firearms proficiency, discipline, leadership, and tactical operations. Following his military service, he built a career in public safety, gaining more than seven years of experience protecting guests, employees, and tribal assets. Throughout his career, he has responded to critical incidents, conducted investigations, prepared detailed reports, coordinated with law enforcement agencies, and supervised public safety operations.

Committed to continuous professional development, Steven is a NRA Certified Firearms Instructor, USCCA Certified Firearms Instructor, NRA Chief Range Safety Officer (CRSO), and Certified Glock Armorer. He has also completed POST-certified firearms and tactical training courses, expanding his knowledge of firearms safety, defensive shooting, range operations, and professional instruction.

Steven graduated Magna Cum Laude from Sonoran Desert Institute, where he studied Firearms Technology, with coursework focused on firearms maintenance, diagnostics, repair, inspection, and gunsmithing principles. He also attended Universal Technical Institute, further strengthening his technical troubleshooting and mechanical skills as a Factory-Trained Toyota Technician.

At Fieldstrip Tactical Solutions, Steven specializes in handgun fundamentals, defensive shooting, firearms safety, red dot pistol training, marksmanship development, and safe firearms handling for new and experienced shooters alike. His red dot training focuses on helping shooters build efficient target acquisition, improve accuracy, understand optic setup and zeroing, and develop confidence using modern pistol-mounted optics in defensive and professional applications.

With a strong foundation in crime scene investigation, criminal justice, and medical assisting, including stop-the-bleed, she brings a unique blend of tactical, investigative, and emergency medical skills to every assignment.

Tiffany began her career in public safety after completing comprehensive training in firearms and defensive tactics. She has since accumulated extensive hands-on experience in armed security, patrol operations, and high-risk environments. Her expertise includes crime scene processing, evidence collection, and documentation skills honed through specialized schooling in Crime Scene Investigation.

Complementing her operational background, Tiffany holds formal education in Criminal Justice, providing her with a deep understanding of legal procedures, ethics, and the criminal justice system. She also completed training as a Medical Assistant. Throughout her career, Tiffany has continually pursued professional development by completing numerous advanced training classes in firearms proficiency, tactical shooting, and weapons handling.
